Hey everybody, Clark here. As I’m sure you’ve noticed many people nowadays are health-conscious. And, what with natural disasters, global warming, overpopulation and other world problems becoming more serious and commonplace, lots of people are turning to the divine for help and assistance. The result – more and more information on health and spirituality is being demanded even as I sit here and write this article.

Organic food, anyone?

Lately I see people everywhere jumping on the bandwagon for organic food. My aunt, for instance, feeds her two young children with organic meat and vegetables almost every day!

According to Wikipedia, organic farming integrates cultural, biological and mechanical practices that foster cycling of resources, promote ecological balance and conserve biodiversity. Organic foods are not processed using irradiation, industrial solvents or chemical food additives. However, as of this moment there is no clear evidence that organic food is safer or healthier than conventional food.

We are only ELEVEN MONTHS OLD!!!

There is an idea going around – and it is a popular one – that every cell in our body is replaced every 11 months (7 years in some accounts, 10 in others). The principle here is that we are the ones who build illnesses/diseases and defects into our bodies by thinking negative thoughts and having bad feelings. Anger, anxiety, fear, jealousy, rage and worry all contribute towards tearing down your nerves and glands, or at the very least impede the body’s natural ability to rebuild itself.

UNIVERSE = GOD?

Pantheism – the belief that the Universe and God is one and the same. Taoism (and Hinduism and Buddhism to an extent) is said to be equivalent to Pantheism. This concept is also common in many self-improvement books, including The Secret, Ask and It Is Given: Learning to Manifest Your Desires, The Master Key System, basically any Law of Attraction books.

Well then, those are just some of my personal experiences regarding health and spirituality. Please feel free to visit the rest of my website, where I am adding new content all the time. Share this with others(!) and if you have any questions/opinions regarding these two topics I would really appreciate it if you could take a minute or two to leave your comment(s) below. See you around!
