Another Self-help Journey Part 1: Things that raise your vibration

Hello, Clark here. A few months back, I wrote a series all about raising my vibration: A 30-Day (Personal Development) Challenge. That challenge of mine actually led to a breakthrough in my life, although it took a while to reach there. And here is another series all about things that raise your vibration, or mine!

I have been trying to motivate myself to (further) raise my vibration. Because recently I realized that I have hit a bit of a dead end. A lack of motivation, although I can feel that my overall level of vibration has increased since a few months ago. So, here goes nothing…

Vibration, Vibration, Vibration???

Unlike the previous series, I won’t be posting about each day. Instead each time I post an article under this series it would include all my experiences with raising my vibration since the last post.

Don’t get me wrong, trying to maintain a high vibration is an everyday job. What is vibration anyway? It means energy. It means how good one feels. It means your emotional state. A high vibration means you are feeling good, and vice versa.

When your vibration is high enough, it is said that you are connected with the Divine. It is said that you are in your natural state. It is said that life begins to transform to the one you want and like. It is said that the thoughts you think and the actions you perform are guidance from the Divine, and as such you could do no wrong. Everything you do leads to the very life you dream about. And you will feel joyful while connected to this Divine source. And after experiencing this joyful, high-flying state for myself in small doses, I have to agree with all that.

Things that raise your vibration

I am going to be talking about things that raise my vibration. I hope they work for you too. And by committing to this series, I hope that I will have all the motivation and reminders I need to practice raising my vibration further.

One of the most powerful things you can do is to set an intention every morning that you’re going to feel as good as you can this very day. And then go through the day achieving that. But don’t try too hard. To be successful with this, what you need is an allowing mindset. There shouldn’t be any kind of struggle. Just be there in your mind. As a wise one once said, “Do or do not. There is no try.”

Ready, Get Set, Go!

I’m ready. Are you? I believe most of my readers believe in this stuff, but if you don’t, raise your vibration a little bit, practice feeling good for just one full day, and you will probably realize just how powerful this thing is. It is our natural state of being to feel good, to be appreciative of life, to feel passion for something, to love, that once you rediscover this natural vibration you wouldn’t want to go back.

Do engage with me, cause it’s more fun that way. Leave any of your questions or comments down below. I shall see you in the next one!
