Building the foundation of a better life

Hello, it’s Clark here. How has your day gone on so far? If it’s not gone too well, you’re in the right place. Below I’m going to talk about laying the foundation of a better life. And you might need to work on it a bit in the beginning, but it will get easier. You should approach this not with the mindset that life will always be a struggle and that my suggestions below will take time to work, instead be open to the idea that life can surprise and excite, and that it can change dramatically if you just do the right things.

It’s All About Your Vibration

How you feel. That’s all it’s about. If you have been feeling good for some time when you think about a certain subject, then that is a sure sign that something good is about to happen. If you feel on cloud nine every day, then for sure life is going to throw up plenty of delicious surprises on a constant basis.

How do you feel good? By thinking happy thoughts. Powerful thoughts. Positive thoughts. Thoughts that are full of optimism. Thoughts that are aligned with what Source, or God, thinks. Because we are an extension of the non-physical that we call Source or God (there have been other names too, but let’s not go into them now). And when we think thoughts that are aligned with Source (who is all love, all joy), then we are vibrating at the same frequency as Source is, and Its energy and inspiration can flow to and through us into the world.

Momentum is what makes this easier to implement over time. When you think a thought, whether it is positive or negative, momentum starts to build. So if you could just have the intention every morning to think only good-feeling thoughts, or better-feeling thoughts when you are not feeling all that good, then keep that intention at the forefront of your mind, hopefully that helps you drop your negative thoughts when you catch yourself preparing to have a rant about something in your mind.

Drop Your Belief That You Need To STRUGGLE To Achieve Big Things

Drop your belief that you need to struggle to achieve anything meaningful. I think most of us who are born to hardworking parents would have that belief deep down even if we are willing to accept on a conscious level that life doesn’t have to be a struggle and are willing to give the suggestions here a go.

So how do we drop this belief? Practice, practice, practice. And as you practice a good vibration and see more and more good things happening all around you, your belief in the power of your thoughts and vibration is only going to grow. But I want to make you aware of this belief that you might be holding subconsciously, because being aware of it takes some of its power away.

Meditate Daily

Some people might find the above hard going, because if things aren’t going well in your day or if you have been thinking negatively all your life, then you might find the above suggestions hard to maintain for any meaningful period of time. That’s where clearing your mind every day with meditation comes in.

If you can quiet your mind for 20-30 minutes a day, watch what happens. When you stop thoughts, you stop negative thoughts as well. And then your vibration will rise to match the vibration of Source, because that is our natural vibration. And if you can stay in that vibration for some time, then you would start to receive impulses – thoughts and actions that would bring you closer to what you want.
