Hey people, how are you all today? I’m Clark, and below I am going to discuss something that aims to help you live out your dream life. Let’s discuss how to manifest something!

Focus, Focus, Focus
You have heard this before, haven’t you? Think about what you want. Make a mental image of it and hold it in your mind’s eye. However, an important pre-requisite or criterion that you need to be aware of is that you MUST feel good when you’re thinking about what you want. Abraham Hicks call this being in your vortex, where you have to be before or at least while you’re making that mental image. Else, your visualization will not be effective.
One way to feel really good emotions is to really get into it – your mental imaging. I find that if you imagine a moving picture, that is, you imagine a story in which you have gotten what you want (for example you’ve gotten all the money you need to be financially FREE and you are celebrating with the special people in your life) complete with you talking, laughing, feeling and doing things in your story, then it becomes easier to feel emotions INTENSELY. Because it would feel very real to you. If you can find a place where it is quiet and you would not be disturbed, then you can really try to be there in your mind. Really focus and let go of everything else.
OK, so you’ve done your mental imaging. Now what? Well, the next step is to go about your life in anticipation that your desire is going to reveal itself at any moment. Say you’ve won the lottery and are waiting for the check to arrive in your mailbox. You know that it is going to come; it’s just a matter of when. So naturally, you would go about your day makings plans for what you’re going to do with all that money once you have it in your hands. Again, the key here is to feel wonderful. If you find yourself feeling bad, then you’re probably feeling anxious and frustrated that it has not come yet instead of feeling excited. One way to get around this is to be grateful that the Universe has already provided you what you want. Make-believe that you’ve received it, and you’re feeling so, so grateful that it has arrived.
Of course, the pre-requisite to doing all this is that you know what you want. This may seem obvious at first, but if you examine yourself closely you may realize that you’re always changing what you desire. This may cause what manifests in your life to be a confusing mess. So to start off your manifesting journey, first stick to one definite desire or goal.
Everything is Awesome!
As the header suggests, convince yourself that your life is wonderful and that everything is perfect just the way it is. Often, once you know that there are great advantages to be had by practicing this, it is very simple to just shift your perspective to see your life in this way.
Feeling gratitude is something that is more than just saying some words before a meal. First, you have to really feel thankful for your food, drinks, company and whatever else that you say you’re thankful for. The stronger or more genuine the emotion, the better. And it is not just feeling the emotion for a few minutes each day, when you are saying your words before lunch or dinner. It’s for sure much more than being polite and saying thank you for example when you buy something and get back your change. It is a state of being; or an outlook of life.
If you spend every moment ‘pretending’ that life is already perfect, and that everything is wonderful, your life will change to reflect what you are inside. Your life will BECOME perfect because that is what you believe. Note that I put ‘pretending’ in inverted commas, because even though this is make-believe at first, your emotions of being grateful need to be real.
If you’re not geared to feel appreciation up until this point in your life, to help yourself get started pick one good thing to think about every person, every condition and every occurrence. For example, if your dinner is taking a while to arrive, tell yourself that you get a few more minutes to talk to your dinner companion(s). And so on and so forth… Try it for one full day at first. If at any time during the day you find yourself not feeling grateful, just gently bring your focus back into that state.
Some people look at being thankful as being satisfied with the way things are and not wanting to improve anything in their lives. Ironically, I am giving you this process now so that you start living your dream life. So, there should be no more excuse for not doing this, is there?
Not to mention that being grateful feels good. And that is usually the pre-requisite to good things popping up in our lives if you notice. There is a saying that goes “If you never learn the language of gratitude, you’ll never be on speaking terms with happiness.” Just saying, those words may have another meaning.
