“When the world pushes you to your knees, you are in the perfect position to pray.”

I have found out, that when I really want something, and I’m ready for it, I start to experience events that bring me closer to it. These events may seem bad at first, but then as I continue to practice raising my vibration I start to see that those events are pushing me towards what I desire. Call them acts of God/Source/the Universe/Being. I have no other explanation for them, and how it all works out is really quite amazing to be honest.

When a ‘bad’ event happened, think that maybe it has to happen that way in order for everything you want to come to you. It won’t be easy of course, but constant practice will get you there.

“Be patient where you sit in the dark, the dawn is coming.”

If you’ve been practicing self-help for a while now but is still waiting for that elusive breakthrough, don’t give up. You never know, the day you give up could be the day you break through your inner ceiling. Because ultimately, it is your inner resistance that is blocking you from receiving all that you’ve asked for.

But at the same time, examine yourself. Are you really meditating, for example? Or do you keep thinking about your problems even as your eyes are closed? If you really want to achieve what meditation gives you then you would make the effort to set aside time for this every day, and to do it properly.

“Be foolishly in love, because love is all there is.”

Not just romantic love, but love for everyone and everything. Love for your parents, love for your friends, love for your pets, love for the beauty of the sunset, love for how life always seem to work out. If there is someone or something that you just couldn’t love right now, don’t put your attention on them. Focus on thoughts that make you feel good, because a certain thought causes a certain feeling.

Think thoughts of love about people you care about, because when you love you magnetize what you want to you, even if the two things seem unrelated. Life starts to work out. It is law. Loving is the natural you, along with joy, appreciation, happiness, anything that feels good. It is not natural to hate. That’s why you expend energy being angry whereas being happy gives you energy.
