What’s up, followers of this series of mine? Clark here, you know that. Right?? Here on this page we shall look at Chapter 4 of the Prosper While You Sleep book, titled “Sleep: How To Enjoy Peaceful Sleep”. Since this book is about acquiring riches whilst we are in dreamland, this chapter focuses on how to get a good night’s sleep naturally.

What Blocks a Good Night’s Sleep

This chapter talks about the mental reasons that we stay awake at night. They range from worry to hating someone or something to feeling guilty to feeling envy to making plans for the future to other reasons.

I think the main thing that will help you get a better sleep at night is the understanding that it is when you sleep that you can begin to acquire riches and solve all your problems, based on this book’s promise. So tell yourself there is no point in analyzing, over and over, something that has already happened and can’t be changed. Go to sleep because the most effective work is done then. Forget about your job, your resentment and your worries, instead this chapter recommends that just before you fall asleep visualize the problem that’s occupying your mind as if it’s already solved.

Meditate before sleep. That’s what I do every day. When you are able to meditate effectively, your state of being returns to its natural and original place of true love, joy and peace. And in that place you would not entertain thoughts of worry, envy, despair, or any other negativity that usually plagues you at night and causes sleeplessness. In fact, it’s been said that if you could stay in that meditative state of being often and long enough, things that you yearn for will start to show up in your life.
