Good day everybody. My name is Clark. Today I would like to write about something that I should have written about a long time ago when lockdowns began all over the world. But better late than never, right? So here it is: What to do during Covid 19 lockdown, in relation to personal development of course, consistent with the theme of this website :).
Abraham’s YouTube Videos
The first thing I would like to point you towards is watching Abraham’s teachings on YouTube. I am not sure if all of them are legal uploads, but a lot of them are. Check out Andrea Roman’s YouTube videos on the teachings of Abraham. I’ve recently watched an Abraham video regarding her take on Covid-19, so if this disease has been playing on your mind feel free to check it out.
Abraham’s videos are on the subject of the law of attraction, manifesting, and living a happy life. In most of the videos, ‘she’ answers questions from people in the audience. After a while, you might think that she is repeating the same things over and over again, and you would be right. But it’s based on a different perspective each time, because everybody’s situation or circumstance is different.

Read, or Re-read, Personal Development Books
Since all bookstores near your place might be closed, you may consider re-reading some personal development books that you own and have read before. It is said in each reading, you could realize something new. Or take it as a revision. Just like your body needs water and nutrition from time to time, so does your mind and soul.
Some personal development books may be found online, but of course please only purchase from reputable online sites like Amazon.
Practice, Practice, Practice!
It is said that times of great uncertainty brings with it the greatest opportunity. And so these times of fear, worry, anxiety and uncertainty provide us with the best possible scenario to practice what we have learnt to eliminate, or move on from, these negative feeling-thoughts to more positive ones. Sometimes all we need is a jarring shock to our emotions to make us want to change something. Use this time to read more, gain new knowledge, strengthen our thinking, clean up our vibration, and manifest our desires.
Other than personal development, I think we can use this opportunity to spend more time with our loved ones, and do the things we always wanted to do but don’t have the time for. Maybe you’ve always wanted to learn (proper) cooking? Hopefully, we will soon manage to rise above this and come back stronger than ever.
